SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed your product should arrive within 3-5 working days. For time sensitive orders, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. You will receive a email notifying you when your order has left the warehouse. 

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to return your product, please do so within 10 working days of your purchase. All returns need to be followed up with a email informing us of your return to info@headgme.co.za. 
We will then collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in its original packaging. 

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange a product, please email us notifying us of your exchange within 10 days after your purchase. We will then arrange collection and redelivery of your new item. Exchanges are only applicable to products that are returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

 SIZING AND SPECIFICATIONS 

All headwear on the Headgame store is one-size-fits-all. 

VOUCHERS AND COUPONS

All coupon codes can be inserted during your checkout process before payment is calculated. Should you wish you receive your discount, please enter the discount code on step 2 of your checkout process. Vouchers are also redeemable in store or online. Should you wish to redeem a voucher, please email us so that we can generate a discount code for you to insert during checkout.
